What are the qualifications and experience of our drivers?

All our drivers hold a valid driver's license and professional certification specific to passenger transportation. They have completed a comprehensive two-stage training course, including both theoretical and practical training focused on road safety and safe driving. On average, our drivers have over 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years required, and some have over 10 years of experience. Furthermore, they are experts in Paris and are fully familiar with the city's routes and roads, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service for our passengers.

What are the additional options for transporting large luggage?

We offer options for transporting large or additional luggage. Our motorcycles are equipped with luggage racks and specific storage solutions to safely transport your personal belongings, even if they are bulky. For special needs, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the assigned motorcycle and driver can meet your luggage transport expectations.

Safety equipment used for motorcycle taxi transport

To ensure the safety of our passengers during motorcycle taxi transport, we provide the following equipment:

1. Helmet : We provide approved and well-maintained helmets to ensure your head is protected.

2. Gloves : Protective gloves are provided to protect your hands during the journey.

3. Airbag Vest : Our motorcycles are equipped with jackets with integrated airbags for additional protection in the event of an accident.

4. Jacket : We provide protective jackets adapted to weather conditions and guaranteeing optimal safety.

5. Charlotte : For hygiene reasons, we provide disposable hairnets to wear under the helmet.

6. Hydroalcoholic gel : We provide you with hydroalcoholic gel to disinfect your hands before and after the journey.
